Things change.

A couple of weeks ago I reached out to a friend to schedule some time to hang out when I’m in Osaka in August.

Yesterday, I wrote a eulogy for him.

I don’t know much about what we’re all here to do, but I’ve been gravitating towards this part of my operating playbook recently:

1️⃣: To the extent it doesn’t impede step 2, **avoid the bullshit**. There isn’t enough time.

2️⃣: Goddammit, **love your people**. Do it out loud.

3️⃣: Repeat 🔁
